My Wife. Sherry Thompson, born and raised in Greenwood, Ms.,was attending Delta State in Cleveland when I stumbled across her path and changed her life into what it is... "For better or worse".
My oldest son, Rob. A computer science student and a much better guitar player than his old man, Rob got on his computer and blew by me some time ago on the Internet Proficiency Highway. It's funny how he can
sometimes be hunkered down in his room, but through the net be much closer to his friends in Colorado or Tennessee. A smart kid. A LOT like his old man... :) Tim, my youngest son is a Senior at Thompson High School. His grades are up, he's driving now, he wants a car, hangs with a girl we all like, life is good. Tim is in his 7th year playing in the school band (SAX) and is quite proficient in video games where one guy knocks the head off another. Literally. He's a great kid.
Mom (Eileen). After growing up on the New Jersey coast near Asbury Park, Miss Morehead met James McDonnell after WWII. They eventually settled in to raise their kids in Bloomingdale, N.J., an effort that I greatly appreciate, being the product and all. Dad passed away in 1982 and Mom eventually relocated to Delaware where she still lives. Younger brother Ken lives there too, along with cousins Chuck and Edna and their family. She likes it a lot, although I wish she would move down here...
Brother Jim also married a Mississippi girl, Sonya. They live in Nashville, Tn....the greatest place in the world. Jim and Sonya gave me something I thought I would never have...they made me an uncle!
Sherry works in the commercial printing industry, currently EBSCO in Birmingham. She is the one who holds the job together, at least that's what SHE says...

Uncle Bob. Beautiful little girl, too. Sarah Catherine arrived in April of '96, the first girl born in our branch of the McDonnell tree in almost 60 years...and worth the wait.
